What Terra Ask is

An experimental interface that turns what you ask into a transaction on the Terra blockchain for you to review and approve in your own wallet, and answers questions about your wallet from the chain. It is provided as it is, may change or stop, and may be wrong.

You decide and you sign

  • Every transaction is yours: you choose to approve it in your wallet, and you are responsible for checking it first. The card and your wallet show exactly what it does.
  • Terra Ask never holds your funds or keys and cannot move anything without your signature.
  • Transactions on a blockchain are final. Mistakes, price moves and third-party failures cannot be undone by us.

Fees

Terra Ask takes 0.25% of each transaction it builds, shown as its own line on the card before you sign and paid in the same transaction. Network fees and the protocols’ own fees are separate.

No advice

Nothing Terra Ask says is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. It tells you what an action does and what can go wrong with it. Answers are written by an AI model and can be wrong; the numbers on a card come from the chain and are what counts.

Other people’s contracts

Swaps run through Astroport’s and Terra Swap’s pools; staking through Eris; lending through Creda; Solid through its own contracts. Terra Ask is not affiliated with them, does not control them, and is not responsible for how they behave, change, pause or fail. Their fees and rules apply. SOLID is not a licensed stablecoin.

Where it is available

Approving transactions from Terra Ask is not available in some countries (currently the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom). Use it only where it is lawful for you to do so.

Fair use

Each visitor can ask a limited number of questions per ten minutes and per day, and there is a limit for everyone together, because each answer has a cost. Do not use Terra Ask to try to make it act outside these terms.
